Step #1 – Initiation
Interested in hiring Skydrone Logistics for aerial media services? Simply contact us and share some details about your project. All inquiries are confidential and, if needed, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) upon request.
Step #2 – Quote
The more information that you can provide at the time of initial contact, the better, as it will allow us to prepare an accurate estimate for your project. Upon review of those details that you provide, we will send you a FREE quote along with our terms and conditions.
Step #3 – Scheduling
Once you have agreed to the price and terms of the quote, we will get in touch with you to schedule filming. At this time please let us know if you have any special requests such as your preferred timeline, specific heights/angles needed, a particular day of the week that you’d like us to film on, etc. Prior to scheduling filming we do require a 50% deposit for: (a) all first-time Clients or (b) any projects in excess of $1,500. Our accepted payment methods are personal or company check.
Step #4 – Filming
Our team will visit the site to film and/or photograph as needed. You are welcome to be there but it is not necessary, just as long as we have permission to be on site. If there are any special instructions (i.e. gate access codes, lockbox combos, off limit areas, etc.) please let us know at the time of scheduling.
Step #5 – Production
During this stage we edit the footage and, when applicable, we’ll begin putting together a video draft. If you want to add a company logo, contact info, etc. to your video, then we will need you to provide those items to us at this time. Once the draft is ready you will have the opportunity to review and request changes before we finalize the video.
Step #6 – Delivery
At this time you will receive a link to download your project file(s). We will also provide you with a final invoice if there are any remaining balances due.
